For bars, snacks, wipes and other flow-wrapped products, start with the pack dimensions, machine path and seal conditions. XLD coordinates the film structure, print, roll setup, samples and delivery around those inputs.
Selected plastic wrapper films are produced through partner manufacturers, with XLD coordinating the specification, artwork, sample, quality follow-up and delivery.
Best fit: general flow-wrap or wrapper-pack rollstock. Individually wrapped tea bags should use the dedicated Tea Wrapper route because the machine, paper and seal questions differ.
Bars, snacks, wipes and other horizontal or vertical wrapper applications after the product, pack geometry and seal route are defined. This defines contact, protection and pack-geometry needs.
Product sensitivity, storage target, current laminate, barrier target, stiffness, friction and sealant route. These details define the material and supplier route.
HFFS/VFFS or flow-wrap model, pack dimensions, jaw style, speed, temperature/dwell and current running issue These inputs define feeding, forming and seal requirements.
Web width, repeat, core, maximum diameter, unwind, eye mark, artwork and registration tolerance. These inputs control registration, slitting and changeovers.
Provide the number of SKUs, quantity, destination, document needs and sample or trial stage so XLD can prepare a realistic quotation and validation plan.
Verify feeding, tracking, friction, registration, forming, seal and cutting performance on the intended line.
Choose another route if: Tea filter media, finished premade wrappers, or an unqualified promise of smooth running on all flow-wrap equipment.
MOQ and timing depend on the confirmed material, structure, printing, roll dimensions, quantity, production route and current material availability. XLD does not publish a Specialty capacity figure or guaranteed lead time.
Barrier, seal, food-contact and environmental statements remain conditional until the offered structure and applicable evidence are confirmed.
