Tea bag filter paper is sourced through partner manufacturers, with XLD coordinating specifications, samples and delivery. The correct grade is qualified by the packed product, finished bag, sealing method, roll format and available machine information.
Choose this route when: you need paper filter media for flat tea bags, string-and-tag formats, drip coffee or selected brewing applications. For nonwoven or open mesh, compare those grades before requesting a sample.

A sample or trial roll is recommended where feeding, forming, sealing, particle retention or infusion behaviour has not been validated. Agree what the sample represents and the buyer’s decision criteria before testing. Supporting declarations or sample-specific reports may be reviewed for selected grades; scope, holder, sample, date, intended use and sharing permission must match the offered SKU.
The previously recorded filter-paper compostability document expired on 31 July 2026 and is not used as a current public claim. The expired document does not support any current public claim. Compostability, plastic-free status, food-contact use and machine compatibility must each be checked against the exact grade and intended use.
Filter paper has no single standard MOQ. Quantity is confirmed per project according to paper type, GSM, width, supplier requirement and roll format. Stock samples can typically be dispatched within 7–10 days when available; custom trials and production timing are confirmed after specifications and material availability are reviewed.

Heat-seal filter paper uses a sealing structure that allows the bag edges to close under controlled heat and pressure. Non-heat-seal paper is used for folded, string-and-tag or other bag formats that do not rely on heat sealing. The correct option depends on the bag construction and packaging machine.

Yes. Please provide the working width, roll direction, core size, unwind direction, sealing method and operating format. XLD coordinates the specification with a qualified long-term manufacturing partner, and a sample roll can be reviewed when a machine trial is required.
For selected grades, available documents may include material safety information, supplier declarations, inspection data or third-party test reports. Applicability must be confirmed against the exact material, intended application and destination market.
There is no single MOQ for all filter paper. The order requirement depends on the selected grade, grammage, roll width and production conditions. Lead time is confirmed after the final specification, material availability and production schedule have been reviewed.
