What to Send for a Workable Recommendation

Product and pack

Single-dose powder, granule and selected liquid applications after product chemistry, sealant route and fill conditions are reviewed. This defines contact, protection and pack-geometry needs.

Structure

Contents, dose, storage target, current structure or target barrier, thickness and sealant requirements. These details define the material and supplier route.

Machine and seal

Machine brand/model when available, lane count, seal jaws, speed, forming dimensions and known seal settings. These inputs define feeding, forming and seal requirements.

Print and roll

Web width, repeat, eye mark, artwork, colours, print surface and slit tolerance. These inputs control registration, slitting and changeovers.

Order and delivery
