Nonwoven tea bag filter rolls are supplied as roll-form filter media without pre-attached tags or string. XLD coordinates grade selection, roll specifications, samples, applicable documents and delivery through partner manufacturers.
Choose this route when: the finished tea or herb bag needs bonded nonwoven media rather than paper or open mesh. Tags, string and printed outer wrappers are quoted separately unless they are explicitly included.
Use this route when the finished bag construction and sealing process require a nonwoven grade. Suitability depends on the tea or herb particle profile, filling weight, bag geometry, forming method, seal process and machine conditions rather than on material name alone.

Selected nonwoven grades are partner-produced, with XLD coordinating specification, samples, quality follow-up and delivery. A sample or trial roll may be arranged where feeding, forming, sealing or brewing performance needs to be verified. The buyer and XLD should agree what the sample represents and the decision criteria before bulk production.
Supporting declarations, inspection information or current documents may be available for selected grades. Industrial-compostability documentation can be discussed only after the exact supplied PLA grade, certificate scope, validity, supply-chain mapping and sharing permission have been confirmed. It does not apply to all nonwoven materials or finished tea bags.
MOQ depends on the material grade, width, roll format and partner requirement. Stock samples can typically be dispatched within 7–10 days when available; custom samples and production timing are confirmed per project. Machine compatibility and seal performance remain conditional until the exact grade and line settings are reviewed or tested.

Non-woven filter media and paper-based filter materials have different structures, appearances and sealing requirements. The appropriate option depends on the tea or herb particle size, finished bag format, brewing target and packaging equipment. Machine compatibility must be confirmed for the exact material and roll format. Please provide the machine model, sealing method, working width, roll direction, unwind direction and core size. A sample roll or machine trial may be required before production approval.

Sample rolls and applicable supporting documents may be available for selected grades. For specified PLA spunbond structures, current industrial-compostability documentation can be reviewed only after the supplied grade, certificate model, scope and validity have been confirmed. This documentation does not apply automatically to every non-woven material.
MOQ and lead time depend on the selected material grade, roll dimensions, sample requirements and order quantity. Final commercial terms are confirmed after the technical specification and any required sample approval have been completed.
