Tell us what goes into the sachet, the target pack size and whether the line is VFFS or HFFS. XLD then helps narrow the laminate, sealant, web width, repeat and roll setup for a practical trial.
Selected plastic-film sachet rollstock is produced through partner manufacturers, with XLD coordinating the specification, artwork, samples, quality follow-up and delivery.
Best fit: rollstock supplied to a form-fill-seal line. If you need finished three-side-seal sachets instead, say so in the RFQ because that uses a different supply route.
Powders, granules, drink mixes, supplements and selected liquid or semi-liquid products when the full structure and sealant are matched to the contents and line. This defines contact, protection and pack-geometry needs.
Existing laminate or target layers, thickness, sealant, barrier target, product chemistry and storage conditions This defines the material and supplier route.
VFFS or HFFS, forming geometry, seal type, known temperature/dwell/pressure range and line speed target These inputs define feeding, forming and seal requirements.
Artwork, repeat, eye mark, number of colours, print surface and approved colour reference. These inputs control registration, slitting and changeovers.
Provide the number of SKUs, quantity, destination, document needs and sample or trial stage so XLD can prepare a realistic quotation and validation plan.
Confirm roll feeding, tracking, registration, forming, seal integrity and product/pack interaction on the intended line.
Choose another route if: Finished premade sachets without a roll-fed process, tea filter media, or a generic claim that one laminate works for every VFFS or HFFS line.
MOQ and timing depend on the confirmed material, structure, printing, roll dimensions, quantity, production route and current material availability. XLD does not publish a Specialty capacity figure or guaranteed lead time.
Barrier, seal, food-contact and environmental statements remain conditional until the offered structure and applicable evidence are confirmed.
Send the contents, pack format, structure or target, machine/seal details, width, repeat, core, diameter, unwind, artwork, quantity, market and document needs through the Specialty RFQ.
