Single-layer paper rollstock can be a good fit for selected dry products and wrappers when one web can meet print, forming and sealing needs. The paper grade, coating, dust, stiffness and machine path still need to be checked together.

Paper-based rollstock can be printed and converted by XLD when the grade, coating, print and roll specification are confirmed; sourced paper and any special coating remain SKU-specific.

Best fit: selected dry-product or wrapper applications where one paper web can meet the print, forming and sealing requirement. Ask for a trial when dust, cracking, tension or sealing is uncertain.

Machine and seal
