High sealing aluminum paper roll is a premium-grade aluminum foil laminate composite designed specifically for tea bag outer envelope (overwrap) packaging on high-speed HFFS lines. Unlike standard metallized paper, this product features a full aluminum foil barrier layer that delivers near-zero oxygen and moisture transmission, combined with a precision-engineered heat-seal coating that activates at 90–120°C — significantly lower than conventional foil laminates requiring 140–160°C.
The result: a consistently hermetic seal across a wide temperature window, reducing seal failure rates on IMA, TEEPACK, FUSO, and MAISA machines running at 200–400 PPM.

For markets requiring extended shelf life or tropical distribution conditions, our enhanced foil (12 µm) reduces OTR to below 0.1 cc/m²/day.

Surface Printing Flexographic printing up to 10 colors on the paper outer surface. Minimum run for printed rolls is 500 kg per design. Unprinted (natural aluminum / white) rolls are available from MOQ 300 kg.

Pure Aluminum (AL) foil is a solid sheet of metal that provides an absolute barrier, bringing Oxygen and Moisture transmission rates effectively to zero. VMPET is a plastic film coated with metal particles; it is cheaper and more flexible but cannot match the extreme long-term barrier protection of pure AL foil.
