Structure

Product chemistry, pH where relevant, oils/solvents, fill temperature, storage target, sealant and barrier needs This defines the material and supplier route.

Machine and seal

Fill process, machine type, pack size, jaw profile, contamination risk, temperature/dwell/pressure and line speed These inputs define feeding, forming and seal requirements.

Agree what the sample or trial represents and the buyer’s pass/fail criteria.
Use specifications, declarations or reports only for the exact offered grade, structure, sample, date, test conditions, intended use and sharing permission.
Record the approved artwork, dimensions, repeat, core, winding, roll condition and packing label before production.
