Pyramid tea bag mesh rollstock is supplied for pyramid or triangle infusion bags, commonly using an ultrasonic sealing process. XLD coordinates selected PLA and nylon mesh grades, roll specifications, optional tag-and-string configurations, samples and applicable documents through partner manufacturers.
Choose this route when: you need open mesh for pyramid or triangle bags, usually on an ultrasonic line. For bonded nonwoven or paper media, compare those grades first.
No blanket compostable, biodegradable, plastic-free, food-contact or universal-machine claim applies to the complete range.

A sample or trial roll is recommended to evaluate feeding, forming, ultrasonic sealing, tag positioning and finished-bag behaviour. Supporting declarations or third-party reports may be reviewed only for the exact supplied grade or sample, stated test conditions, intended use, market relevance and validity period.
Recorded industrial-compostability documentation is limited to selected uncoloured and unprinted PLA grades after the grade, certificate holder, supply-chain mapping, validity and sharing permission are confirmed. A nylon sample report does not apply to PLA, and a material report does not certify the finished tea bag.
MOQ depends on mesh grade, width, tag/string configuration, printing and partner requirement. Stock samples can typically be dispatched within 7–10 days when available; custom trial rolls and production timing are confirmed after the specification and material availability are reviewed.

Tag-and-string configurations can be coordinated with the mesh rollstock. Tag dimensions, artwork, print colours, repeat position, string layout and attachment requirements must be confirmed according to the finished bag format and packaging machine.
Sample rolls and applicable supporting documents can be reviewed for selected grades. Depending on the material, these may include supplier declarations, inspection information, or third-party migration and sensory test reports. Document applicability is limited to the exact grade, sample, test conditions and destination market.
MOQ and lead time depend on the selected mesh grade, roll format, tag-and-string configuration, printing requirements and order quantity. Final commercial terms are confirmed after the complete specification and any required sample approval have been completed.
