Custom tea bag tags are printed and converted by XLD using sourced base paper or board. Each project is qualified by the tag format, artwork, repeat, attachment method, roll presentation and available machine information before production.
Choose this route when: you need printed tag rollstock for an existing tea-bag line. Filter paper, pyramid mesh and pre-attached tag-and-string assemblies are quoted separately unless the complete system is explicitly included.

XLD manages printing, converting, slitting, quality follow-up and delivery for the confirmed tag specification. Material suitability and supporting documents are reviewed against the sourced base paper or board, intended use and destination market. A declaration or test for one material must not be presented as approval for every tag option.
Stock or representative samples can typically be dispatched within 7–10 days when available. A custom printed sample or machine trial is assessed separately. Before bulk production, agree the approved artwork, colour reference, dimensions, repeat, winding direction, roll condition and packing label.
Standard in-house tag projects typically start from around 100 kg per SKU, subject to the paper or board, dimensions, number of designs and print setup. Selected low-volume digital runs may be arranged. New in-house projects are typically around 15 working days after material, artwork and production details are approved; final timing is confirmed with the quotation.

XLD has supplied tea bag tags in volume for domestic and imported tea-bagging equipment, including IMA C23 and C24, MAISA and TEEPACK tea-bagging lines. We also support tag projects for domestic folding heat-seal formats and ultrasonic pyramid tea bag applications. Machine-specific details are confirmed before production.

Typical paper or kraft tea bag tag stock is 80–120 gsm with a thickness of approximately 0.10–0.15 mm. Common starting formats include 20 × 25 mm and 25 × 30 mm. These are reference ranges only; the final specification depends on the tea-bag format and machine configuration.
Yes. Samples can be arranged when required so that the tag format, artwork, attachment method and packing presentation can be reviewed before bulk production. MOQ and lead time are confirmed according to the material, tag format, print requirement, quantity and production schedule.
